WELCOME TO CAMP DIVYA AUSTRALIA

Local Community Workers reaching rural Asia

Camp Divya began in 2008 with a handful of people wanting to bring good news and hope to rural and remote communities in Asia, which number in the hundreds of thousands. Now there are over a hundred sponsored part-time local Community Workers, who visit a village at least twice a month. Workers share the message of hope and help support the people there in several ways.

Some workers visit multiple villages and face immense difficulties including animosity from some locals. There is much opposition due to class systems, deeply entrenched beliefs, and witchcraft. In some poorer communities, bonded labour remains a serious issue and families can be ridden with abuse, drunkenness and strife. Nevertheless, every year we see hundreds of people being saved, healed and delivered, thanks to God.
